Welcome to Morocco Luxury Camp. By accessing our website (https://www.morocco-luxury-camp.com/

) or booking any of our services—including luxury desert accommodations, buggy tours, ATV excursions, camel treks, and private tours—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully, as they constitute a binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Morocco Luxury Camp (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1. General Conditions

  1. Morocco Luxury Camp provides luxury desert accommodation, transportation, guided tours, buggy/ATV experiences, and other travel-related services in Morocco.
  2. All bookings are subject to availability.
  3. By confirming a reservation, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
  4. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Booking Process

  1. Bookings may be made through our website, by email, or via authorized partners.
  2. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Morocco Luxury Camp.
  3. The Client is responsible for providing correct passenger information (full names, dates, special requests, etc.).

3. Payment Policy

To secure your booking, the following payment terms apply:

3.1 Deposit

  • A 30% deposit is required immediately upon booking confirmation.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

3.2 Remaining Balance

  • The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival.
  • If full payment is not received by the deadline, Morocco Luxury Camp reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund of the deposit.

3.3 Specific Rules for Buggy & ATV Tours

  • Buggy/ATV tour reservations also require the same 30% deposit at booking.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid 15 days prior to the activity date.

4. Free Date Change Guarantee

We understand travel plans may change.

  • Clients may modify their reservation dates free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Date changes must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
  • If new dates result in a price difference, the Client must pay the difference.

5. Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed:

5.1 Cancellations by the Client

  • More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund except the 30% deposit (non-refundable).
  • 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of total amount paid (deposit remains non-refundable).
  • Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund.

No-shows or unused services are non-refundable.

5.2 Cancellations by Morocco Luxury Camp

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety risk, operational issues), we will:

  • Offer an alternative date, or
  • Provide a full refund of all amount paid.

We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights, hotels, or transportation not booked through us.

6. Safety & Liability

  1. For buggy/ATV tours, participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
  2. Morocco Luxury Camp is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence, failure to follow safety instructions, or misuse of vehicles.
  3. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance.
  4. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.

7. Travel Documents & Insurance

  1. Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
  2. Morocco Luxury Camp strongly recommends purchasing personal travel insurance covering medical, accidents, and cancellation.

8. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay or activities.
Safe boxes are provided in certain accommodations where available.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide services in case of events beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Political disturbances
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation strikes

In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling or issuing partial refunds where possible.

10. Use of Website

  1. Content on our website may not be reproduced without our permission.
  2. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Morocco.
